| 摘 要： | 我国作出“工业反哺农业、城市支持农村”战略转变的决策是目前中国经济发展的必然要求;构建和谐社会、实现全面建设小康社会的要求;打破“三农”问题产生、存在的二元社会经济结构,建设社会主义新农村的要求;扩大内需,促进国民经济持续、快速增长的要求;提高我国农产品国际竞争力的要求。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for China to make a major transformation in development strategies,i.e.industry rewards agriculture and city supports countryside.In China,the current economic development,the construction of harmonious society,the achievement of a comprehensive building of a comfortable society,the breakthrough of the three agricultural problems,the existence of dual economic structure,and the building of new socialist rural areas demand this transformation.The expansion of domestic demand,the promotion of a sustained,rapid growth of national economy,the enhancement of international competitiveness of agricultural products also demand this transformation. |
