| 摘 要： | 准备活动是体育课不可缺少的一部分,也是其基本前提。它虽然不是课堂的主要部分,但直接影响到一堂课的质量和效果。针对目前体育课准备活动单调、呆板、枯燥、公式化和教条化的普遍现象,对体育课准备活动的作用、特点、原则、创编等几方面进行科学的剖析,明确准备活动在体育课的重要意义,从而提高体育课的教学质量和效果。

| Abstract: | Preparation activities are an indispensable part in P. E. lessons and they are also the basic precondition. Although they are not the leading part,they influence the quality and effect of a lesson. Aiming at the rife phenomenon - - monotony, stiffness, formulation and dogmatism of preparation activities in P. E. lessons, the thesis anatomizes the roles, the characteristics, the principles, adaption and other aspects of preparation activities in P.E. lessons scientifically and make the significance of preparation activities in P.E. lessons clear to improve the teaching quality and effect of P. E. lessons. |
