| 摘 要： | 本文分析了高新技术企业合作和联盟的动因 ,认为只有为争得市场领先地位而进行的合作和联盟才是值得的。有明确的目标市场和对目标产品的清晰定义是高新技术企业合作和联盟成功的条件。文章提出高新技术企业之间的合作和联盟应是开放式的和横向发展的。最后研究了市场发展不同阶段高新技术企业之间合作和联盟所面临的任务 ,合作的对象、形式和策略等问题。

Research on strategy of cooperation and alliance for Hi - tech enterprises |

| Abstract: | The paper analyses motivation of cooperation and alliance for Hi-tech enterprises, proposes cooperation and alliance are worth becoming market leader. Having a definite target market and clear definition of target groducts are essential conditions for successful cooperation and alliance. The paper finds that cooperation and alliance between Hi-tech enterprises should be open and horizontal. Finally, the paper studies tasks, partners, forms and strategies of cooperation and alliance between Hi-tech enterprises. |
