新媒体环境下我国科技传播能力的实证分析

摘    要:新媒体环境下的科技传播能力是衡量区域科技发展和国家软实力的重要因素。本文采用投影寻踪模型和随机前沿模型对新媒体环境下我国省域科技传播能力进行综合测度,并进一步探讨新媒体环境下科技传播能力的影响因素。分析结果表明:(1)我国省域科技传播能力整体呈现“东高西低”的空间分布格局;(2)经济发展、高新技术发展、人口素质、政府支持、教育重视度以及信息化程度在一定程度上推动了我国省域科技传播能力的提升,成为新媒体环境下科技传播能力的重要驱动力;(3)经济发展与信息化发展对于科技传播能力的影响较为显著,地区间存在一定的梯度差异。最后根据研究结论提出相应策略。

Abstract:In the era of new media, communication capability of science and technology is extremely important to evaluate regional development of science and technology and national soft power. This paper adopts project pursuit model and stochastic frontier approach to comprehensively examine China’s regional communication capability of science and technology in the era of new media, and discusses its significant influential factors further. The results show that: (1) China’s regional communication capability of science and technology descends from the east to the west; (2) Key factors including economic progress, High-tech development, population quality, government support, education importance and informationization degree are positively promoting China’s regional communication capability of science and technology; (3) Economic progress and informationization development have remarkable effects on China’s communication capability of science and technology, and there is a regional disparity between highly developed areas and underdeveloped western regions. Corresponding suggestions for identifying regional orientation and enhancing communication capability of science and technology are given at last.
