| 摘 要： | 随着长沙四县县域经济的快速发展,乡镇社区居民对体育健身的要求日益增长,现行体育管理模式已不适应新形式的需要.在分析长沙四县乡镇社区体育管理现状的基础上,针对其主要影响因子,提出了乡镇社区体育管理的四条优化设计思路,以期构建一个科学、高效、符合长沙四县乡镇体育实际的体育管理模式.

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and the increasing of the demand to sports gradually,the managing model for village and town community sports isn't able to adapt to the change of new-circumstances.This study made analysis on villages and towns community sports and offers some beneficial suggestions on how to develop it against the main influencing factors,which looking forward to structuring an efficient organization model in Changsha four-county. |
