| 摘 要： | 太极拳在我国有着广泛的群众基础,是东方体育文化的一块瑰宝.它源远流长,内涵丰富,从文化的新角度来研究和习练太极拳,不仅能够起强身健体、陶冶情操、修身养性的作用,更重要的是能够领悟中国武术博大精深的文化内涵.正值中国武术将走向奥运、走向世界之际,作为中国武术精华的太极拳,已经成为中国武术文化的象征.

| Abstract: | Taijiquan which is the gem of oriental sports culture has a broad mass basis in China.It is also of long standing and rich connotation.From the new angle of culture to study and practise Taijiquan,it can not only help us strengthen our body,edify out sentiment,cultivate our morality,but also help us apperceive the intensive culture connotation of Chinese martial art.At the time of martial arts' tending towards Olympic Games and the world,as the elite of Chinese martial art,Taijiquan has become the symbol of Chinese martial art. |
