| 摘 要： | 现代企业在发展过程中依次选择和应用了信息资源杠杆战略、信息资源产品战略和信息资源经营战略。信息资源杠杆战略强调知识转移 ,信息资源产品战略注重知识创新 ,信息资源经营战略则追求知识价值的实现。科学地运用信息资源管理战略能够加速和实现企业的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The modern enterprises have selected gradationally and applied the Information Leverage Strategies,the Information Product Strategies,and the Information Business Strategies. The Information Leverage Strategies stress knowledge transfer,the Information Product Strategies emphasize knowledge innovation,while the Information Business Strategies pursue realization of knowledge value.Scientifically selecting the strategies of information resources, the enterprise can accelerate its evolution and favor its spanning development. |
