| 摘 要： | 高校初任教师作为从事高等教育工作的新兵,面临着教育教学、科研、角色适应、自我成长等各方面的问题。本文对一所本科高校初任教师的成长关注进行个案研究,了解初任教师的关注焦点,并在此基础上提出促进高校初任教师成长的对策,以期帮助初任教师认识初任阶段的特点及挑战,尽早确立自身职业定位和发展方向。
