家兔运动疲劳时某些阴离子变化的研究

摘    要:无机盐是人体的重要组成成分,与组织兴奋性、收缩性有关。而目前对阳离子研究较多,有关阴离子的研究较少。作者研究不同组织(血液、组织间液、肌肉)和不同肌肉在运动疲劳时Cl ̄-的变化,并探讨和疲劳的关系。结果表明:运动疲劳时,Cl ̄-:除股直肌外各组织均升高并具有显著性;血液和心肌升高,股直肌降低,臀浅肌尤变化;血液、组织间液、股直肌升高,心肌、臀浅肌无变化。

Abstract:The inorganic salts are the important components of the body and they are related tothe excitability and con traction of the tissues.Up to now there have been more studies on the positiveions,but the fewer on the negative ions relatively.The authors studyed the cha nges of Cl-,andin the different tissues(blood,in tertissue liquid and muscle)and the muscles with fatigue;TheresuIts showed that when fatiging,the cencentration of Cl in all tissues,exept the rectus femorismuscle,in creased significantly; levels rised in blood and cardiac muscle,and decreased in therectus femoris muscle,but no changes in the shallow muscle in the buttocks.The amountsincreased in the intertissue liquid and the rectus femoris muscle,but no changes in the cardiac muscleand the shallow muscle in the buttocks.
