| 摘 要： | 提出“图书馆权利”研究的学术意义在于能够为图书馆事业的发展提供具有建设性的学术建议。认为图书馆作为独立实体，其权利应当具有独立性，将图书馆看作独立实体进而研究其权利，具有一定的学术意义。在研究有关“图书馆权利”论述的基础上将图书馆作为独立实体进行研究，并重点论述公共图书馆的五项权利。

| Abstract: | The academic research of library right provides the constructive idea to the development of library science and library system. However, the interpretations of library right among the domestic scholars are disputable. As an independent entity, the library should have its unattached library right; and only when the library is treated as an independent entity, the research of library right can be significant. The argument is spread with the introspective discussion on library right, the notion that the research of library right should be take the independent entity of the library as its precondition is pointed out, and the five items of library right are emphatically analyzed. |
