基于ICA和BDTSVM的人耳识别

摘    要:提出了一种独立分量分析和二叉决策树支持向量机相结合的人耳识别模型。首先应用独立分量分析(ICA)方法从高阶统计相关性角度出发提取人耳图像的特征变量,然后采用二叉决策树支持向量机(BDTSVM)分类器进行人耳图像的分类与识别。该模型可以降低分类难度,进一步提高人耳识别率。

Abstract:This paper puts forward an ear recognition model integrating ICA with binary decisive tree SVM. In this model, independent component analysis (ICA) which considers the high -level statistics and obtains the inner characteristic images, is applied to extract ear feature at first, and then the ear image is classified and recognized by adopting the classifying machine of binary decisive tree support vector machines (BDTSVM). This model can reduce the difficulty of classification and get better identification rates.
