| Abstract: | With the development of higher education,the higher education transforms from the outstanding person to the popularity.With the increase of the female university students,their growth and development attracts more and more people's attention.But the number of female university students major in science and technology is by far less than that of the male students;female university students belong to a small and weak community easy to be neglected by person;the employment problem of this special community is actually more serious.This article carries on the analysis of the disadvantageous growth environment and the psychological deviation of employment of female university students major in science and technology,in order to find appropriate strategy to promote their growth and development. |
