| 摘 要： | 环钦州湾地区有悠久的历史,丰富的历史文化遗产,须遵循以挖掘文化内涵为主脉,突出地域特色,重点开发、保护为主的原则,进行历史文化资源调查,有计划、有步骤地开发建设具有鲜明的钦州湾特色的历史文化品牌,形成规模效应,以实现文化建设的宏伟目标.
