| 摘 要： | 对近2届冬奥会中国与韩国速滑成绩进行比较分析,发现目前我国速滑女子500m、1500m实力好于韩国;1000m、3000m和5000m则与韩国相当。男子500m与韩国队存在差距,但不明显;1000m、1500m项目与韩国存在一定差距,5000m、10000m则与韩国存在较大差距。认为训练理念的落后、有氧能力的不足、优秀运动员的伤病是制约我国速度滑冰项目可持续发展的主要问题,提出借鉴韩国的成功经验,加强训练理念的交流与创新、注重有氧能力的训练、建立完善的科学训练体系、加强运动训练装备的研发等发展策略,为提高我国速度滑冰运动水平提供参考。
