| 摘 要： | 我国农村成人教育之所以要创新，主要是它所面临的机遇和挑战决定的，如何构建农村成人教育创新体系，概括起来应突出质量创新、效益创新和办学特色创新，只在高度重视农村成人教育,加大对农村成人教育的投入，并将其纳入全民教育的大系统，才能为农村成人教育创新营造良好的环境。
