广东省发展低碳农业的关键技术需求

摘    要:低碳农业是低碳经济的重要组成部分,更是新时期现代农业的发展方向。广东要实现从"石油农业"向低碳农业转型,必须依靠科技进步和技术创新。在分析广东发展低碳农业的机遇与现实需求的基础之上,从高抗、高碳汇优质农林植物品种培育,节粮型、高抗性动物新品种培育,农田生物多样性利用的技术与模式,现代农业节约型技术,畜禽动物低碳健康养殖技术,农产品低碳型保鲜、贮运与加工关键技术,环境友好型农药、兽药、肥料、饲料开发技术,农业废弃物的无害化处理与资源化利用技术,农业点、面源污染监测与防控技术,农林业碳汇的计量和监测技术10个方面对广东省低碳农业发展的技术需求进行了探讨。

Abstract:The low carbon agriculture is an important component of low carbon economy and the development direction of modern agriculture in the new period.Based on the opportunity and actual demands of the low carbon agricultural development in Guangdong Province,this paper discussed the technology need of the low carbon agricultural development from 10 aspects,which included:(1)high resistance,high carbon and high quality agricultural plant breeding;(2)grain saving,high resistance new varieties breeding of animals;(3)the technology and mode of farmland biodiversity utilization;(4)the economy technology of modern agriculture;(5)the low carbon and healthy breeding technology of animals;(6)low carbon preservation,storage and processing technology of agriculture products;(7)the development technology of environment friendly pesticides,veterinary drugs,fertilizers and feed;(8)the technology of agricultural waste harmless treatment and resource utilization;(9)the technology of controlling and monitoring the agricultural point source pollution and non-point source pollution;(10)the technology of metering and monitoring the agricultural and forestry carbon sequestration
