| 摘 要： | 在大学科技园建设中,技术经营是加快高校科技成果转化、促进研发成功实现商业价值、推进高科技中小企业可持续成长的助推器。从技术经营的内涵及流程分析入手,分析大学科技园中技术经营的主要模式。在剖析大学科技园技术经营存在问题的基础上,提出推进大学科技园技术经营的主要策略。

| Abstract: | In the construction process of university science and technology park,technology management is the booster to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promote the success of R&D and the realization of commercial value,and push on the sustainable growth of high-tech small-and-medium-sized enterprises.This paper,starting from the content and process analysis of technology management,analyzes the main technology management mode in university science and technology park.This paper proposes the main management strategy of university science and technology park on the basis of analyzing its technology management problems. |
