| Abstract: | As a national technology innovation project pilot province,Guangdong has taken the initiative to carry out the innovative enterprises’ institute and route map upgrading plan in the country.This plan fits the needs of enterprise development in a timely manner,which helps enterprises go through the "death valley of innovation"successfully.In this paper,the writer describes the background and main content of the plan,focusing on revealing the innovative and important significance of the plan. |
