摘 要: | 基于不分层时流水工期的定义公式,考虑了组织无节奏流水施工的关键约束条件,通过引入逆流水步距参数,推导出分层时无节奏流水的参数化工期模型,并以某5栋两层的别墅群为例编制了进度计划横道图。结果表明:该参数化工期模型可有效应用于分层时的无节奏流水,且与流水工期定义公式的参数结构吻合一致;在施工段数大于施工过程数的前提下,该模型有效表达了主导施工过程连续作业的关键约束性质;在层间工程量相同的前提下,该模型较好地体现出流水施工的节奏性、均衡性及专业性等特点。

Abstract: | Based on the definition equations of flowing water construction with the response of key constraints, the duration model of non-rhythm flow process is established with working out construction progress plan by adopting network transverse lined diagram. It is found that the model can be well used for the non-rhythm flow process and coincide with the parameter structure of the definition equations of flowing water construction. The key constraints of non-rhythm flow process can be well respond by the model. And the flow construction characteristics such as rhythm, balance, professional are better reflected. |
