| 摘 要： | 以29家上市建筑企业为研究对象,构建我国上市建筑企业的投入产出评价指标体系。基于2012-2014年的平均数据,采用DEA模型进行生产效率评价。研究结果显示,我国建筑企业的纯技术效率一直处于稳定有效状态,综合技术效率低下源于资源配置的无效,资产投入冗余和主营业务利润率不足是造成多数建筑企业DEA无效的主要因素。还得出我国上市建筑企业目前普遍存在规模报酬递减的问题,并结合上述结论提出对策和建议。

Research on the Production Efficiency of the Listed Construction Enterprises in ChinaBased on DEA Model |

| Abstract: | Taking 29 listed construction enterprises as the research object,it has build the evaluation index system of input and output of these enterprises in China. Based on the average data of year 2012 to 2014,it evaluates the production efficiency of these enterprises based on DEA model. The research shows that the pure technical efficiency of construction enterprises in our country has been in a steady effective state. The low efficiency of the comprehensive technical efficiency is due to the inefficiency of resource allocation capacity,asset investment redundancy and main business profit margins are the two main factors that cause the DEA invalidity. Also it draws a conclusion that most of these enterprises are generally in the scale of diminishing returns. Finally it puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the above conclusions. |
