| 摘 要： | 新常态背景下,区域人力资本已成为经济增长的主要驱动.通过构建区域人力资本的评价体系,采用因子分析方法对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的区域人力资本进行整体评价,并考察区域人力资本与创新效率的相互关系.研究结果表明:我国区域人力资本的空间分布仍处于不均衡状态;创新效率呈现上升趋势,但整体水平不高,仍需进一步提升,区域人力资本的聚集程度与创新效率的高低呈现空间分布的一致性.

Regional distribution of human capital and its relationship to innovation efficiency study |

| Abstract: | Under the new normal background, human capital has become the main driver of economic growth. By constructing the evaluation system of regional human capital, using the method of factor analysis on China"s 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) evaluation of regional human capital as a whole, and the relationship between human capital and innovation efficiency. Study results showed that the spatial distribution of regional human capital in our country still in a State of imbalance, innovation and efficiency on the rise, but the overall level is not high, still need to be further enhanced, the accumulation of human capital and innovation efficiency of spatial distribution of consistency. |
