摘 要: | 将碳资源作为生产要素引入CES生产函数,通过双层嵌套式CES函数的构建,对我国1995—2014年间的低碳技术进步和生产技术进步水平进行测度,证实低碳技术进步对碳减排正向效应的存在。在此基础上,对其影响因素进行实证分析,以考察影响技术进步低碳发展的根本因素所在,以期为我国低碳技术的进步与发展提供一定的思路。

Measurement and Influence Analysis of Low-carbon Technology Progress in Perspective of Carbon Resource |

Abstract: | Through the construction of double-nested CES function,this paper introduces carbon resources as a productive factor into the CES production function to measure the low carbon technology progress and production technology progress in China during the period of 1995-2014,confirms the existence of the positive effect on reducing emissions of low-carbon technology progress.According to this,the essay makes an empirical research of its influencing factors to examine the underlying elements which affect the low-carbon development of technological progress,in order to provide some ideas for the improvement and development of China's low carbon technology. |
