| 摘 要： | 尝试为企业人才战略决策提供一种客观性较强的方法。确定企业人才战略评价指标体系,运用灰聚类方法,设计白化权函数和灰色优化聚类系数,构建企业人才战略灰色优化决策模型。该模型的建立既为"十三五规划"期间企业人才战略决策提供方法,又拓宽了灰聚类理论的应用领域。

Research on the Grey Optimization Decision Model of Enterprise Talents Strategy |

| Abstract: | The competition between enterprises has turned to talented person"s competition in the knowledge economy era. Seting up reasonable enterprise talents strategy is the premise of playing full roll of talents and gaining a competitive edge for enterprises. Scientific decision-making method is the key to choose the strategy. So this paper trys to provides a way with strong objectivity for choosing enterprise talents strategy. First of all, the evaluation class index of enterprise talents strategy is refined. Secondly, design grey whitenization weight function and grey optimization clustering coefficient by using grey clustering method. Finally, the gray optimization decision model of enterprise talents strategy is built. This model both provides methods for enterprise talents strategic decision-making during the period of " 13th Five Year Plan " and broadens the application fields of grey clustering theory. |
