| 摘 要： | 以近六年的中国女性RD人员群体的官方大数据为研究对象,运用计量分析手段对其人数比例、执行部门、地区分布、省份状况等进行计量分析,归纳中国女性RD人员的群体特征状况,并对其中的一些关键数据进行初步原因探析,以期深化对中国女性RD人员基本状况的认识,推动中国女性科研人员平稳、有序的发展。

A Quantitative Research on Status of Female R&D Researchers Under Big Data |

| Abstract: | Taking official data of female R&D researchers as an example under the Big Data , proportion of population, executive division, local distribution and state of provinces are quantitatively studied. Some characteristics are concluded and its reasons for key characteristics are initially analyzed also, so that to help to understand more about the basic status of Chinese female R&D researchers and promote them smooth and order development. |
