中国装备制造业竞争力评价——基于动态DEA与灰关联度方法

摘    要:在已有的动态DEA的研究基础上考虑到各决策单元内部的差异性,结合灰色关联度测权重的方法,推演出包含多个并联决策单元的复杂系统的灰色动态DEA模型。利用该模型对中国不同经济区域、不同类型的装备制造业进行度量,"十二五"期间,所有的灰色动态DEA有效指数都大于0,意味着我国的装备制造业效率没有达到最优;在所有类型的装备制造业中,东部地区的效率值要低于其他经济区域;科技含量高的行业效率比较高。

Competitiveness evaluation for equipment manufacturing industry in China - based on dynamic DEA and Grey correlation method
Abstract:This paper,which considers the differences of each interior of decision-making units,combining with grey correlation method for measuring weight,shows grey dynamic DEA model of complex system which contains multiple parallel decision making units on the basis of existing dynamic DEA research.This model overcomes the drawback of the constant weight of the interior of the complex system and the overvaluation of the efficiency,and considers the weights of the input and output variables of the complex system which contains multiple parallel decision making units,which is more close to the application.This paper measures the equipment manufacturing industry which includes several different economic areas and different types using this model,and we obtain that,during the twelfth five-year,all the values of the grey dynamic DEA are greater than 0 in China,which means that the efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry is not optimal;the efficiency of the eastern region of our country is lower than other regions in each type;the efficiency of the high technological content industry,such as special equipment manufacturing,communication equipment and electronic equipment manufacturing industry,is high than others.
