丝绸之路经济带核心区战略性新兴产业选择与评价研究 ——基于TOPSIS的灰色关联模型

摘    要:为推动丝绸之路经济带核心区建设,实现新疆战略性新兴产业的选择,通过构建综合评价指标体系,以新疆2015年33个工业行业为样本,运用TOPSIS和灰色关联相结合的分析方法对新疆的战略性新兴产业进行选择.研究结果表明:(1)新能源、新材料和生物医药产业具有明显的发展优势,可作为新疆优先发展的战略性新兴产业;(2)新一代信息技术、新能源汽车产业在新疆具有较大发展潜力,可作为深度开发的战略性新兴产业;(3)高端装备制造业、节能环保产业在新疆处于劣势地位,发展前景不理想.

Silk Road Economic Belt Core Area Selection and Evaluation of Strategic Emerging Industries Based on TOPSIS Model and Gray Correlation
Abstract:In order to promote the construction of the?core zone in the?economic belt along?the silk road, to implement the choice of strategic emerging industries in Xin Jiang.In this artical,the author do the research on?building a comprehensive evaluation index system,selecting 33 kinds of industry as sample of 2015 years'' in Xin Jiang , using the combination of the TOPSIS and the Grey correlation analysis method to choose the strategic emerging industry of Xin Jiang.The results show that: (1) the new energy, the new materials and the biological medicine industry have an obvious avantages of development,which?can be considered as a priority to the development of strategic emerging industries in Xin Jiang;(2)The new generation of information technology and the new energy automobile industry in Xin Jiang have great development potential which can be planed as a depth development strategic of emerging industries;(3) the high-end equipment manufacturing industry as well as the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in XinJiang are in a disadvantage position,which have a limited development prospect.
