| 摘 要： | 依据两类知识基础,构建高技术研究机构研发组织的象限模型,提炼一体式、合同式、平台式等3种高技术研究机构研发组织模式,选择国内外6个代表性高技术研究机构进行案例研究,比较不同模式的研发导向、研发集成、资源配置、研发分工、成果转化特征并提出相应政策建议。

Knowledge Base Perspective of High-tech Research Institute R&D Organization |

| Abstract: | Knowledge base can be classified as analytical knowledge base and synthetic knowledge base, knowledge base determine the R&D organization model of high-tech research institute. Based on the two kinds of knowledge base, formulate a quadrant model of high-tech research institute, and put forward integrated model, contract model and platform model. Conduct case studies of six representative high-tech research institute, compare their research orientation, research integration, resource allocation, research division and technology transfer characteristics, and provide policy suggestions for future development. |
