| Abstract: | This paper,based on the achieving goal and plan of the pairing support work provided by the Ministry of Education and considering the implementation and development experience of the pairing support work,through the supply and demand analysis of the professional resources in pairing universities,proposes the Pairing Support system frame construction and the method of exploitation of universities profession. |
