| 摘 要： | 中部崛起是我国区域经济发展的战略重点和支撑点,实现中部崛起要加强区域经济发展机制的创新研究。机制创新必须创新理论基础———科学思维,必须确立机制创新选择,包括用市场机制创新发展机制、按照双赢模式创新合作机制以及理顺领导关系,创新领导机制。

| Abstract: | Central part rise is the tactic stress point and support for the development of the regional economy of our country.It is necessary for realizing central rise to strengthen the innovation study of the developing mechanism of the regional economy.Mechanism innovation needs the theoretic foundation,i.e.scientific thought,and the choice of mechanism,including to innovate on developing mechanism with market mechanism and to innovate on the cooperative mechanism according to the co-winning mode and innovate on the new leadership mechanism with straightening out the leading relation. |
