| 摘 要： | 本文在深入研究了当代高校青年教师的心理特征、心理矛盾等问题的基础上,提出了心理调适的两条途径:一是从认知、情感和意志诸层面进行个体自我调适;一是通过研究,找到促使青年教师变心理压力为心理动力的途径。

| Abstract: | Based on a survey of contemporary young university teachers' psychological traits and conflicts,this paper recommends two ways of psychological adjustment: 1) Individualized adjustment on a cognitive,emotional or volitional level;and 2) transformation of psychological pressure into motivation through focused study. |
