| 摘 要： | 中、西医具有不同的理论体系。根据科学理论的基本条件判断。中医学与西医学都是科学。髓着科学技术的发展。西医学研究人的生命活动、研究疾病的观点和方法发生了重大的改变。而中医学总的看来在基本理论框架上没有多大改变。其发展主要是常规科学的发展。表现为长期积淀的经验。中、西医理论模式不同，但二者是互补的。中医学需要充分利用现代科学技术发展的成就来丰富和发展自己，但必须坚持与发扬中医的特色与优势，不能套用西医理论模式。这样中医学才能在理论上有突破性的进展。引发世界主流医学的革命。

| Abstract: | Despite different theoretical system of their own, it can be judged with the basic requirements of a scientific theory that both TCM and western medicine are scientific. With the development of science and technolo gy, contemporary western medicine has changed a lot on the viewpoints and ways for studying the activity, health and disease of human beings. In general, the basic theoretical frame of TCM has not changed. TCM develops in a way of a general science, represented as an accumulation of experience. In the perspective of philosophy and science, TCM and western medicine are different in their theoretical mode, but they complement each other. TCM is a science, but it must be enriched with the achievements of modern science and technology. In the meantime, we must develop TCM by putting more attention to its characteristics and advantages, and cannot develop it by just mechanically applying the theoretical mode of western medicine. By this, a theoretical breakthrough of TCM can be made, thus igniting a revolution of mainstream medicine in the world. |
