| 摘 要： | 民俗习惯的司法运用近年来在法学界掀起了讨论的热潮。从民俗习惯存在的理由入手,结合姜堰法院将民俗习惯引入司法在当地执行后取得的成效,揭示民俗习惯在我国今天的司法实践中重要的作用和意义。
