| Abstract: | Before athlete match, psychological state is crucial as match record can spoil, is also each coach Yuan the problem of making great effort to have solved. This paper analyses on the foundation of bibliographical reference, for the former athlete match pasychological state of martial arts, puts forward the former adjustment match psychological method of training, hope to train for Yuan have certain reference value. |
