| 摘 要： | 图书馆要提供深层次的咨询服务，适应信息社会的要求，就需要建立“学科馆员制”来开创图书馆提供优质服务的新局面。学科馆员作为图书馆的优秀代表，会带动整个图书馆形成一种以特色信息服务为主、不断积极向上的良好氛围，提高图书馆在学校和社会的学术地位以及影响力。
