摘 要: | 知识服务是高校图书馆的核心价值观,尤其是基于知识创新的知识服务是提高高校图书馆竞争力的重要保障。文章针对高校图书馆知识服务工作的现状及特点,根据用户需求的特点,提出构建个性化知识服务、虚拟参考咨询、学科馆员制度及嵌入式知识服务等四个方面的服务体系。

Abstract: | Knowledge service is the core values of the university library, especially knowledge services which is based in knowledge innovation is the important guarantee of improving the competitiveness of uni-versity libraries. This paper will direct the status and characteristics of university library knowledge serv-ice,according to user requirements, propose to build four aspects of the service system: personalized knowledge service,virtual reference service, subject librarian system and embedded knowledge services. |
