| 摘 要： | 中缅佤族人民群众被分为两个国家的公民是特定历史因素和政治因素造成的，社会文化国际化发展的冲击，制度环境、政治因素等方面的影响，必然迫使佤族传统民族伦理文化在新时期不断演变和发展，中缅佤族人民群众之间伦理文化交流过程中存在的异质性将会越来越凸显。差异性的扩大，不同价值观念的渗透与影响，中缅佤族人民群众之间伦理文化交流的“同一性”将会逐渐被削弱，从而可能危及国家文化安全。

| Abstract: | The reasons why Wa people is separated into two nationalities of Chinese and Burmese are the specific historical and political factors. The influence of the impact of the internationalization of social culture, the institutional environment and the political factors necessarily brought unceasing change and development of the traditional ethical culture of Wa nationality in the new age. The differences between Wa people of Chinese and Burmese in their ethical culture communication became quite clear. The expansion of the differences and the inter-infiltration and influence of their different values make the identity of their cultural communication become weak. It may even cause danger to national culture security. |
