大学劳动教育简论

摘    要:大学劳动教育具有引导学生内修德性、外砺品行、专业成长、自由创造这一由内而外、螺旋累进的价值指向。较之中小学劳动教育,大学劳动教育具有独特性,其核心要义是以马克思主义劳动观为指导思想,以融合学科专业教育为内容主轴,以培育创造性劳动能力为价值追求,以形塑合法劳动意识为基本尺度。新时代大学劳动教育的主要实现形式包括:系统开展“关于劳动的教育”,建构劳动知识学习的课程框架;多元实施“通过劳动的教育”,统整劳动实践锻炼的资源平台;有机融通“为了劳动的教育”,拓宽劳动思想教育的实施渠道;守正创新“反思劳动的教育”,指导劳动科学理论的话语实践。

A Brief Discussion on University Labor Education

Abstract:University labor education has the function to develop the internal morality and sharpen the external moral character, to aim at promoting students’ professional competence and freedom to create. Compared with the elementary labor education, university labor education has its own uniqueness, which takes Marxist labor view as the guiding ideology, the integration of disciplines as the main content, cultivating the ability of creative labor and shaping the consciousness of labor as the aims. The main forms of university labor education in the new era are embodied in carrying out the "education about labor" and constructing the curriculum framework of labor learning, pluralistic implementing "the education through labor" and integrating the resources and platform of the labor education, integrating the "education for labor" and broadening the implementing channels for labor education, and insisting and innovating the "education of reflection by labor" and constructing the discourse system of labor education.
