| 摘 要： | 为了解湘西州足球裁判员队伍的建设现状,提高湘西州足球发展水平,完善湘西州足球裁判队伍建设,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对湘西州足球裁判员队伍的基本情况、培养与管理现状、影响因素等进行调查和研究,归纳了湘西州足球裁判员队伍建设研究中的关键问题,并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and logical analysis,this paper investigates and studies the basic situation,training and management status quo,and influencing factors of Xiangxi football referee team,sums up the key problems in the research of Xiangxi football referee team construction,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
