| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会使我国的综合国力、社会发展水平得到显著增强,我国群众体育事业的可持续发展也因此获得更为有利的现实条件。文章通过分析近年来自发性群众体育组织形成与发展的社会背景,指出经济发展以及市场经济体制的确立与完善;政治改革与政府职能转变;民间组织的迅速发展以及我国群众体育法规、制度的完善与各类体育社团组织的发展成为我国自发性群众体育组织兴起的社会宏观背景。
