| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献法、调查法、实验法对大学体育太极拳的教学改革进行实验研究,旨在为大学体育太极拳教学提供参考。研究表明经过优化设计方案实验教学后,基本实现预期教学目标,形成人人学会太极拳的教学特色,并就进一步提高太极拳教学提出建议。
