| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法和分析比较等研究方法,根据时间序列,探讨武术套路竞赛规则不断修改的历史意义和时代背景。把不同时期武术套路竞赛规则的特点与现代竞技武术比赛的难度动作变化特点进行分析比较,认为武术竞赛规则具有导向性作用。难度动作是武术竞赛规则改革的切入点,难度动作的提高与完善对竞技武术的长远发展起着重要的作用。建议完善难度体系,根据不同级别的难度动作,建立难度动作数据库。
