| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,以中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构为研究对象,分析锦州市中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构的现状。研究结果表明：锦州市中小学体育教师提高武术技能的主要方法是自学,在提高教学能力的方式上缺乏系统性和规范性;缺少对武术基本知识的理解和掌握;重视专业知识与技能的提高,而忽视科学研究能力的发展。文章认为：应针对中小学体育教师武术教学实际情况,加强青年体育教师的教学能力尤其是对武术基础教学能力的培训。
