| 摘 要： | 文章用文献资料法和数理统计的研究方法,论述武术操在中小学中开展的重要性,认为武术操是传承中国武术文化的重要载体之一,蕴含着中华民族精神。作为课间操中一种新的锻炼手段,武术操不仅增加了学生学习武术文化的兴趣,培养了武术文化建设和爱国主义的情感,同时还提高了学生的身体素质和心理素质,这都有利于武术健身操在中小学中的开展。
