| 摘 要： | 以西安市羽毛球俱乐部的运营为案例,采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,对俱乐部发展中的消费需求、政策与管理、人力与设施资源、营运与理念定位、涉及相关产业及社会契机诸因素进行了跟踪调研、定量定性剖析.西安市羽毛球俱乐部的起步虽晚却发展迅猛,市场格局已经初步形成,消费人群大幅度增长,已成为体育经济新的增长点.在具备良好发展契机的背景下,管理机制相对滞后,缺少个性化特色及专业人才.政府职能部门对俱乐部的营运规模缺乏引导和扶持,欠缺完善的具有市场导向性的激励机制与优惠政策.
