| 摘 要： | 现代奥运会场馆经过初始、发展和变革的历史变迁,形成了投资规模逐渐增大,场馆规模膨胀,赛后场馆维护费用较高,融资模式多元化,临时场馆增加的特点;场馆赛后运营多采用政府和私人企业相结合、与职业体育赛事相融合、组织大型活动、赛后改造的管理方式。借鉴国际经验,我国大型体育场馆应采取实施多功能化设计,通过投融资管理创新吸引私营资本参与,承办职业体育赛事,进行专业化经营管理措施,将场馆建在高校,提高场馆的综合效益。
