| 摘 要： | 主要运用文献资料法,对运动训练的内容进行了全面论证。结果表明,运动训练教材的指导性与其实践的背离性、运动训练方法的科学性与其实效的脱离性、运动训练体系的完整性与其实际的隔离性,以期引发对运动训练的重视和重新认识。

| Abstract: | By the method of literature,this paper is to demonstrate the content of competitive sports training wholly.The conclusion shows in the unbalance of sports training;the sports training guidance materials departing from its practice;the scientific sports training methods separating from their effectiveness;sports training system integrity isolating its actual.We should pay more attention and recognition for sports training;the purpose of the paper is to provide some basis for reference theory. |
