数控设备维修技术研究

摘    要:自修复系统、专家诊断系统和虚拟现实故障诊断系统等,是数控设备维修技术的先进方法.加强仿真系统研究、对专家维修经验进行总结和整合、提高维修人员的素质和技术水平、加强数控设备维修先进技术的推广和普及,是提高数控设备维修效率的有效途径.

Abstract:Self repairing system, expert system and virtual reality system of fault diagnosis and so on, are CNC equipment repair technology of the advanced methods. To strengthen the study on expert simulation system, summarize the experience of repair and integration, improve the quality and technical level of the maintaining personnel, strengthen promotion and popularization of the advanced numerical control equip-ment repair technology, is an effective path to improve the repair efficiency of CNC equipments.
