| 摘 要： | 发挥高校在体育人才培养中的作用，构建适合素质教育的高校体育教学与训练模式，首要的问题是确立正确的体育观，以及由它决定并为它的实现提供保证的体育教学和训练方法。通过理论研究和实践探索，系统地阐述了新形势下的宏观体育观和微观体育观，并以此为基础提出了高校体育教学与训练方法的改革思路。

| Abstract: | In bringing colleges and universities into full plag in the training of athletic talants and forming physical teaching and training models in colleges and universities that are fit for quality education, the primary question is to establish a correct outlook on P. E. and physical teaching and training methods. Through theoretical research and practical exploration, macroscopic and microcosmic outlooks on P. E. in new situations are discussed. Meanwhile, based on the outlooks, some thoughts on the reform of the methods of university P. E. teaching and training are put forward. |
