| 摘 要： | 业余体校处在我国竞技体育举国体制的最基层,为各级体育训练机构输送人才,是我国体育事业的基础。近年来,竞技体育和全民健身体育蓬勃发展,对体育资源的需求大幅度增加,致使体育资源突现紧缺。业余体校需要利用有限的训练资源为上级单位输送更多的体育优秀人才,因此业余体校的投入效益最大化就显得异常重要。通过层次分析法研究广州市业余体校评估指标体系权重,为业余体校训练工作的评估提供科学的评价指标体系,通过评估促使广州市业余体校投入产出效益最大化;同时也为其他省市业余体校评估提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | The amateur sports schools are the most primary unit in the competitive sports talents cultivation system and transport elite talents to different level training organs.With the rapid development of competitive sports in Chi- na,the demands for talents are increasing.How to make the investment for the amateur sports school most benefi- cial is becoming more and more important.The authors researched the weight of assessment index system for Guangzhou Amateur Sports School through step analysis so as to provide references for the amateur sports schools in China to make the investment most beneficial. |
