| 摘 要： | 眼镜生产企业面临着成本与效率危机．以温州某光学公司为研究对象，运用工作研究的技术与方法对眼镜产品生产进行了系统分析，提出了从生产流程到作业方法的改善方案．生产流程的改善可以使作业效率提高10％、作业空间面积节约15％、产品不良率降低3％；作业方式的改善可以使作业效率提高24％．工作研究是劳动密集型的眼镜生产企业应对成本与效率挑战的有效方式之一．

| Abstract: | There is a contradiction between cost and efficiency existing in Wenzhou＇s glasses manufacturers Using techniques and methods of work study, system analysis focused on some optics company in Wenzhou was conducted to analyze the process of glasses manufacture. And improvement scheme covering production flow and operation procedure was achieved. While the improvement of production flow could improve operational efficiency by 10%, save operational space by 15% and decrease fraction defective by 3%, the improvement of operation procedure could raise operational efficiency by 24%. The result showed that work study is one of effective way for labor-intensive glasses manufacturers to cope with the contradiction between cost and efficiency. |
